Day 1 - Nairobi to Salt Lick Safari Lodge
7:00 AM: Make your way to the Syokimau Train Station in Nairobi, 1 hour to departure to ensure you have enough time to pass through security checks and print your train tickets
8:00 AM: The train departs the Syokimau train station
12:05 PM: Arrive at the Voi train station where our driver will be waiting to transfer you to Taita Hills Safari Resort & Spa, where you will have your lunch before proceeding to Salt Lick for check-in. This transfer is a short drive - approximately 1 hour.
3:00 PM: Upon check in, you will now depart for an afternoon/evening game drive at the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary.
6:00 PM: Return to the Salt Lick Safari Lodge for dinner and night’s rest.

Day 2 - Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary Full Day Game Drive
8:00 AM: Have breakfast
8:30 AM: Depart for a half day game drive at the Taita Hill’s Wildlife Sanctuary.
1:00 PM: Our guide will take you to the Taita Hills Safari Resort & Spa for lunch and later relaxation. This sister resort has a swimming pool and you can enjoy your afternoon with a dip or return to Salt Lick for relaxation. You will also have an opportunity to see the WW1 artifacts at the Taita Hills Safari Resort & Spa.
7:30 PM: Dinner is served at Salt Lick and guests can retire to bed.

Day 3 - Salt Lick Safari Lodge to Voi Train Station
7:00 AM: You will have early breakfast and check out at 8 am
8:00 AM: Check out and commence your journey back to the Voi Train station to catch your train back to Nairobi. The train leaves Voi at 9:55 am
9:55 AM: The train will depart Voi for Nairobi
2:00 PM: The Madaraka Express train arrives at the Syokimau train station marking the end of a memorable 3-day Salt Lick Safari Lodge tour with RoyalChoice Travel
